In short, yes. Each Hyper-V server that wants to access the Virsto shared storage needs to install Virsto One.
A little more detail: One node in the cluster is designated the Master. This is where all storage configuration is performed. You perform a full <Typical> install on the master Node. On all other servers, you then use the custom option in the install wizard to remove the master service from the core install. This effectively installs only the Node service on the other nodes in the cluster.
Remember, you need to provide a separate Log Volume for each node in the Virsto cluster configuration. When you enter the GUI for the first time (on the Master) you must use the <Configure> options from the right column to designate your Log and Live Volumes. The GUI only lets you add 1 log volume at a time.
Note:
The Logs are automatically allocated to the other nodes.
The GUI can be installed and run remotely on any Hyper-V or Windows 7 machine on your network.
